    Hi! is it possible to implement an auto-logout after x minutes?

    In the latest release of Firebase Authentication, login sessions don't expire anymore. Instead it uses a combination of long-lived account tokens and short-lived, auto-refreshed access tokens to get the best of both worlds. If you want to end a user's session, you can call signOut(). You can record the last login time in the DB and signout before the app is loaded. To achieve this you may use the APP_INITIALIZER (https://angular.io/api/core/APP_INITIALIZER) or a custom Guard

    The UI is based on Bootstrap which is responsive by default. You can easily add the mobile grid classes as required.

    Hello, first of all congratulations for the product. At the development level I had no problems to run, but in production, using a ubuntu server and nginx, so the first screen displays the following messages, this in any browser, what can it be? main.67061ed3729a6b02bfcc.js:1 ERROR Error: Uncaught (in promise): FirebaseError: Messaging: This browser doesn't support the API's required to use the firebase SDK. (messaging/unsupported-browser). FirebaseError: Messaging: This browser doesn't support the API's required to use the firebase SDK. (messaging/unsupported-browser). Thank you

    natobigliazzi, Happy to see the development progress. To fix the above error please update to the following in services/alert.service.ts

    export class AlertService {
      public messaging;
      constructor(private snackBar: MatSnackBar) {
        try {
          this.messaging = messaging();
        } catch (error) {
          this.showError(error.message);
        }
      }

    Let know if the above fix works. As per my knowledge, push notifications are only supported in Chrome and Firefox.

    Yes, it has. You can send custom notifications via the admin panel. See the product description. Please note : Web push is only supported in certain browsers and the user must also allow push notifications. Kindly review and rate the product if you like this! Thanks

    Hi! thanks for this. works like a charm and looks really great. I am working on a simple time tracking application and would like to have users to be faced with just a single page where they can enter just their PIN (6 digits) instead of the regular login with email and pass. Would you direct me please?

    Thanks for the purchase. Glad it suited you Regarding the query Signing in with a custom Token is the recommended approach for your scenario https://firebase.google.com/docs/auth/web/custom-auth Generating the Token for the User --------------------------------------------- Create an API (Cloud Function) to verify the PIN (Your Logic) and then generate a token Refer : https://firebase.google.com/docs/auth/admin/create-custom-tokens

    thank you, will take a look at this. I've tried to display the users name/ email in the landing page with

    Welcome {{ auth.service.email }}

    Welcome {{ afAuth.auth.email }}

    but that didn't to the trick

    You should be doing as follows in the ts file user = this.afAuth.auth.currentUser; (afAuth is the AngularFireAuth) and in the html {{user.email}}

    You should add that to the constructor of the landing.component.ts before accessing it Please see to the basics : https://github.com/angular/angularfire2/blob/master/docs/auth/getting-started.md

    Make sure you have the environment setup. (Node.js 8+ , Angular 6+) Navigate to the web folder in terminal.
    - npm install
    - Create a firebase project at https://console.firebase.google.com
    - Copy and replace the variable in evironment.ts file
    - ng serve
    - Your application will be served in http://localhost:4200
