Hi, Yes the theme supports multi language plugins such as PolyLang and WPML. You can easily translate it using Loco Translate as well. Thanks for heads up on two other questions, we have escalated them to our developers and they should be resolved in next couple of days. Kind regards, BoldThemes team

hi how do we get the app as seen on this page.. https://bello.bold-themes.com/main-demo/about-us/bello-app/
Hi, Please note that the apps are not part of the package, the apps section on a demo site is a sample of content based on theme's page elements. If this sample led you to drawing the wrong conclusions, please feel free to submit a refund request https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new and please receive our sincere apology. Kind regards, BoldThemes team
LOVE this theme, I have a purchased a few others trying to find the right fit for my site... I was however very sad to see how poor it works on mobile devices, I would love to buy this theme if that ever gets resolved.
Hello, Can this theme be used for a single dealer selling different types of Equipment with different categories and taxonomies? would also like to upload via back end and disable "submit listing"? Thanks
Hi, Unfortunately, Bello is probably not suitable for your use case for a number of reasons - most important is that all listings are related to a single geographic location and the Equipment of a certain type can probably be present on a number of locations. Kind regards BoldThemes team
Question on the Directory. We have purchased themes in the past and they all seem to require the client to purchase and login themselves to create their page. I would like to have a theme that allows us to enter all directory information as well as update the information. I can not see how your directory works but can you please walk me through that thank you.
Hi, It works both ways - you can either allow users to purchase subscription and let them manage their listings, or you can do it on your own and remove the possibility for users to claim listings. Kind regards, BoldThemes team
Incredible Theme. Good Luck for Sales. I am author of Popular Free WooCommerce Variation Swatches Plugin. You can add support of it with your theme. Here is the plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-variation-swatches I’ve advanced version of this plugin: https://getwooplugins.com/plugins/woocommerce-variation-swatches/ I can send you the advanced version for adding support of it as well. Let me know if you need any help from my end. Thank you
Hello, I want to ask before you buy. Does the theme have more than one language option? Have a nice day.
Hello, we do not have such option included with the theme.
Okey, thank you for answer. Have a nice day.
Questions before purchase 1. Can I modify the theme to my taste by adding more features and functions without any issues when updating?
Hi, If you use child theme and / or customize the theme using plugins, yes you can. It really depends on what you need to customize. Kind regards, BoldThemes team
Am not using a plugin, I mean editing the theme code by modifying the default features and add mine
Hi, If you are going to modify the theme directly, then you will have to apply the changes after each theme update. Or simply, do not update the theme. Kind regards, BoldThemes team
Hi, I would.like to see how backend works. What are login and password for demo? Thanks! Edit: Ok I see it is not possible. I would like to see how the integration with booking systems works, how the review systems works and mainly see how the backend works. Thanks
Hi, The integration with booking systems is based on their web integration APIs. Please find the examples of integrations using provided widgets located in the sidebar on following links: Garden Hostel - https://bello.bold-themes.com/main-demo/listing/garden-hostel/ Open Table - https://bello.bold-themes.com/main-demo/listing/the-zone/ and Resurva - https://bello.bold-themes.com/main-demo/listing/macys-new-york/ As admin, you can place the widgets either in sidebar or in the listing's main content column in the process of creating desired listing layouts. As user claiming the listing, you can fill in the properties related to your API credentials in the listing management panel. Once you do the respective form will be shown to visitors. Kind regards, BoldThemes team
Hello, is it possible to: 1. add custom search filters for each category/listing type? (but not to have all the filters mixed up together after you choose a category in the search result page – something like conditional logic) 2. to have conditional logic on submit a listing form? (for example if a user while adding listing choose a ’’car’’ category, is it possible that he will see and add only features specific only to that category?) Thanks
Hi, Thanks for reaching out. Both things are supported. Kind regards, BoldThemes team
ah perfect, thank you for your time answering my question. Its really a great theme. I have to ask again because of the map / the listing the main function of the theme. Is there any problems with this f****g google maps, only to use it with credit card, or do we need any kind of google api, or does everyone who wants to create a listing/position need an api code, this would be even worst. Iam sorry for the question but we really fell in love with this theme and want to buy more licences then for different brands for us. thank your very much for your time and help!
Hi, We haven't encountered any problems related to the Google Maps so far. In terms of api codes, you only need one for the site, there is no need for other site users to create their own api codes for their listings. But yes, you have to submit your credit card number in the process of acquiring google maps api key. They offer you a 200 USD of credit each month before they start billing you, which is the equivalent of around 30,000 free map loads per month. Kind regards, BoldThemes team
yes of course that is not your problem we have to worry about prices, thank you very much for the explanation! So but if we activate/pay it once our own google api for maps, its possible for us and users to create as much positions/listings on the map as we want, right? thanks again for your help!
and to create new locations for example users can do this easy without google apis?!
Hi, Yes with your google maps api key it is possible for you and users to create as much positions / listings as you want and users create new locations easily without google api keys of their own. Kind regards, BoldThemes team
Hello, I have some pre-sales questions. Can you create listings manually (from the wordpress admin) and then assign the listing to a user? I noticed that the URL of the listings isn’t very SEO friendly. For example it would be nice in the URL to include the parent category for each listing or be able to remove/rename the “listing-category” or “listings” slug (even with an extra plugin). Is that possible? Thanks
Hi, Yes you can create listings manually from wp-admin Related to listing urls, this plugins should do the job - https://wordpress.org/plugins/custom-post-type-permalinks/ We haven't tested it but we do not see any reason why it should not work. If you give it a try we offer money back guarantee. Kind regards, BoldThemes team
Thanks for the reply. Just to clarify your answer about the listings, can you also assign a user for a listing that was created from wp-admin so he can then edit it from his front-end profile?
Hi, Yes - you can create a claim within wp-admin which will assign the listing to a specific user and then edit the listing within wp-admin. Kind regards, BoldThemes team
seems good - is there any demo available to check how user / business owner's page look like? thank you.
Hi, Thanks - if you register on demo site - https://bello.bold-themes.com/main-demo/ you should be able to access business owner account. Kind regards, BoldThemes team
Hi, Can I import a list of locations by CSV file?
Hi, We are currently testing this feature. It is not available as we speak but we will implement it in next couple of weeks. For testing purposes, can you send a sample of your csv to [email protected], we would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance, BoldThemes team
I am looking for a theme to create a psychologists directory. The psychologist listing must have fields like experience, education, certificate courses, specialisations… along with ability to add multiple locations per psychologist and for each location working hours. Would this theme be suitable for a project of this nature?
Hi, Bello supports adding custom fields to listings, so stated fields should not be a problem. The problem is adding multiple locations for single psychologists and adding respective working hours, bello supports assignment of one psychologist to one location only. Kind regards, BoldThemes team
Hi! In the mobile version of the site . The contact details of the listing fall very close to the footer. Contacts are below " Submit your review "and even after"Nearby locations". Make them please in the main unit next to the map. Or explain why they're there?
Hi, If you take a look at the BT Listing widgets in the Listing sidebar Widget area, you will notice Responsive Position property - this is where you can define where the widget will end up on mobile - please set Before content for those you want at the top. Kind regards, BoldThemes team
I want to buy your theme but unfortunately it doesnt support schema markup. You must include review as well as places schema markup.
Hi, Thanks for the insights, we really appreciate it. We will keep that in mind for future updates. Kind regards, BoldThemes team
One more question. How well does this theme handle multiple locations? For instance, if I use this theme to build a travel guide for an entire country, can I have a home page for each town/city nested under a home page for that town/city's state/county/region? Can the home page for a particular location have any descriptive text? When I choose a location on the demo site (such as Brooklyn or Staten Island) I can only see a map and search function but no text. Ideally each location should have a heading for that location, following by 700–800 words before launching into the search feature. Is this a shortfall of the theme or just the way that the demo site has been set up?
Hi, Sorry for a bit of delay, but we needed some time to gather all the answers :) 1) Can I disable the option to claim a listing? This is the most important issue for me as I will be publishing an independent travel guide with professional writers writing all content and giving other people (particularly business owners) the option to add or edit listings will jeopardise the site's editorial integrity. Claim your listing is a widget and you can remove it thus disabling the listing claim functionailty 2) Can we customise map and category icons by uploading PNG or SVG files? You can upload custom listing icons, but there is no support for icons on a category level. 3) Can we choose credit cards when adding or editing a listing so the individual credit card icons (American Express, Diners Club, JCB, MasterCard, VISA and UnionPay) show up on the listing page? This is not currently supported but it is a good idea and we will put it on to do list 4) Is it possible to have two URL fields when adding a listing? One for the actual URL and another for the URL that is displayed on the screen. For instance: the actual URL is https://www.louvre.fr/en but just louvre.fr is displayed on the screen. This is a much cleaner looking alternative to what is on your demo site and would also be handy to hide affiliate links in the URL. This is not currently supported but it is a good idea and we will put it on to do list 5) Is it possible to overwrite the opening hours with plain text (or html) on a case-by-case basis? Some businesses have very complex opening hours that simply can't be expressed using the standard opening hours option although it would be nice to use this wherever possible. Currently this is not supported - we need working hours for open now functionality. But you can always add custom field to certain categories where you can add additional info related to working hours 6) I notice that you support Opentable with a nice booking widget. Do you have any plans for similar booking widgets (with a calendar-style date picker and a check prices button) for any accommodation affiliate programmes such as booking.com, hotels.com, Accor, Premier Inns and Travelodge (UK)? We do not have plans to add support for additional accommodation affiliates in the near future 7) Regarding the grid at the bottom of a listing page with items in nearby locations: are these items those near the item that the user is looking at or are they items closest to the user (based on their IP address)? The grid contains listings close to the item the user is looking - either from the same category or generally (depending on theme settings) 8) Is there an option of including Google Streetview images on item pages? No, currently there is not 9) With the reviews option, is it possible for users to log in with their social media account to post reviews? Are their any precautions in place to prevent spamming (ie. blocking excessive reviews from the same IP within a short timeframe)? Can business owners reply to reviews (either directly or by contacting me so I can manually add their reply in the admin area)? Is there the option for the original reviewer to edit their username or delete personal details from their review so it complies with GDPR regulations? Reviews end up as comments in backend, so whatever functionality is supported either within the WP core or using third party plugins in terms of comment management, user login and anti spam it is supported 10) When can we expect this theme to work with rich snippets? Most likely in next couple of weeks, but we can not promise the exact release date 11) If I need custom work done to a site I build with this theme at some point in the future, is this a service that you offer or are there people you work with who provide this service to your clients? We are not currently available for custom work and currently do not have agencies to recommend - you might try https://studio.envato.com/ for that purpose 12) One more question. Is this a shortfall of the them or just the way that the demo site has been set up? Unfortunately, this is not supported, the links on the home page are links to custom searches so there is no hierarchy between different locations town/city's state/county/region Kind regards, BoldThemes team
Thanks for getting back to me. It looks like I should be able to make this theme do what I need it to and I will most likely buy it later in the week. The last point is the biggest issue at the moment, although I think I will probably be able to get around it by manually making pages using the Masonry grid in the page builder to create menus for the links I need on the page and perhaps supplement this with a menu plugin to create nested menus for the top of the page. It is certainly slower than having the theme automatically do this for me and I lose the option of map-based navigation, although it is also more flexible and looking at other tourism websites it seems that most of the big ones use a masonry grid rather than a map-based layout anyway. And the map will still be there for search results. I assume that the masonry grid features in the page builder are flexible enough to achieve what I need. I also have a couple of other questions/comments regarding your other comments: 5) Regarding the opening hours. What happens if this is left blank? Does it make the venue show as always being closed or does it remove the 'open now' functionality for that item? Can it be adjusted with seasonal opening times? The main issue here is some places just have really complex opening hours with many theme parks having different hours for school holidays, some places changing their opening hours according to sunrise and sunset, tours of football stadiums being based on the football match schedule and tours of the Houses of Parliament being based on the schedule of Parliament meetings. Sometimes it is just easiest to exclude some items from the 'open now' functionality and replace this with a text explaining the opening hours in more detail. 9) If the reviews are actually Wordpress comments, then it seems logical that any third-party review plug in can be used to either replace them or enhance them (for instance for social media login). Is that right?
Hi, We believe that the provided demo layouts and page elements which come with the theme are flexible enough to meet your requirements. Regarding opening hours, currently if they are left blank, the listing is displayed as always closed. But, we completely agree with you and understand the need, we will introduce a checkbox - Custom Opening hours which will replace the current output of the Opening Hours widget with the text box content if the administrator/user chooses to do so. Such listing will have to be omitted from the search by open now criteria, but that is inevitable. In relation to comments - yes that is correct. Keep in mind that they are already enhanced with Author meta data - Name, email, title and rating - so replacing them would be a better option. Social media login plugins should work with them without major problems. If you are willing to give Bello theme a test ride - we offer a full refund if it turns out that the theme has some show stoppers for your use case. Kind regards, BoldThemes team
Hi there, Pre-sale question... Is it possible to have a listing URL display the location? For example: URL/STATE/CITY/LISTING
Hi, it is not possible to do that automatically. The only option is to edit post permalinks manually.
If you made states a category and cities a sub-category would it be possible?
URL is based on post title so it is not possible.
