We run a property management business and we have contractors, whi have the following: Call our rate per a particular duration (which may include a duration (15, 30 or 1 hour) hourly rates (e.g 30 mins or 1 hour etc) Transport (as per KM or as an easier option, it can be a standard figure. e.g $10 or 15.     Hi I have a question: I have seen in the demo how you can create a custom price for duration, for example. 30 Minutes - Price is $150 per unit - and you can set up so you can have up to as many units.. I want to know if you can set it up so Price for 1 unit is $150, then Price for 2 units is $250 (rather than just doubling the amount 'per unit'). Can you please confirm if this is possible?     Hi Alex, thanks for the quick reply. I thought great, if my client wants 12 minutes of my time they'd be able to get it. This doesn't seem to be the case. It's not possible. It's not really custom if you have to select an option & not be able to enter your own specifications. It should read: > Bookly Custom Duration add-on enables your clients to select how long they want to book an appointment based on pre-conceived time slots. Am I able to receive a refund for this? From my position it's misleading. Mat.

    Hi I have 2 questions. 1) if a customer books 5 hrs will this send 5 emails / confirmation emails to the staff member to confirm each of the hours or just one email for them to confirm ? 2) what will it show in the booking form eg one complete appoint with the duration of 5 hrs or separate booking amounting up to 5 hrs?     Hi, Before purchase I would like to know two things : - is there a setting that allows to remove the availability of any service once it's been booked at any time? I mean if I book a message from 2pm to 3pm, if another visitor wants to book the same service at the same hour, same day, is it possible that he sees this time to be greyed out? - when a payment is made using Stripe for instance, does the plugin generate an invoice (pdf format preferrably)?     Hello, Thank you for contacting us. 1) Once the particular time slot is booked, this time slot is no longer available for booking within this staff member. Though, if you want to block all the time slots in the system during the day once any single time slot was booked, then, unfortunately, the requested functionality is currently not available. 2) You can generate the invoices using Invoices add-on (https://codecanyon.net/item/bookly-invoices-addon/21841856?s_rank=6).     Hi, Yes, these add-ons are compatible, though one note - in case there's a booked appointment for a service with a duration 3x half an hour and there are still available "places" so others could book it - they will be able to book it only with the same duration. In case you will change the duration this slot will no longer be available for booking. Thanks!

    Hello we have purchased the following plugins from you: Bookly Bookly Custom Duration (Add-on) Bookly Group Booking (Add-on) Bookly Recurring Appointments (Add-on) Bookly Service Schedule (Add-on) The problem we are experiencing is that when we try to use the "Custom Fields" feature with "Bind fields to services" enabled. The buttons that should let us choose a service does nothing when clicked.     Hello, Following on from Ben009 question with Custom Duration and pricing. If we use the "extras" and add further hours to our service at a discounted rate - does the calendar automatically remove the extra times to prevent double bookings? Be great if we could discount/incentivise for longer booking session/duration.
