    I think you or your company should be more proactive to enhance your plugin function. Every time I asked on simple function the standard answer is "CURRENTLY ITS NOT SUPPORTED". It does not need rocket science to improve the plugin or add into the future update but you never interest to do so. This plugin is sold as an extra addon for $29 on top of the main plugin of $59, and only provide such as simple function that should be inclusive in the main plugin. So its really not worth the extra $29. Honestly read 5 pages of comment here, and count how many times u answered: "CURRENTLY ITS NOT SUPPORTED"

    Hi, Currently such functionality is not supported. You'll need to create different services that will be linked to staff members that have different schedules to set it up this way, or you could the service schedule add-on to have different schedules, but you will still need to create different services.     Hi, You will need to update Bookly to the last release (13.3) to be able to use the add-on. In order to install the update, you will need to download the last release from codecanyon and install it manually via FTP, as the automatic updates are disabled for the moment.     I understand you have noted that you have 2 business days response time but I dont understand that same response time will remain for opened tickets or some urgent issues or tickets that you are already working on... for example: After many days waiting for response your tech has responded that he has looked into issue and that he has fixed the issue. I have looked at the form again and noticed that now some services missing and email notifications are not working. So, should I wait again 2 days for someone to respond and fix this new problem that is happening? Should I wait 2 days every time someone put a letter in ticket and consider it as response? Or actually how do you handle tickets? If this is the way of resolving issues, thank you ... I will find another app with better support and not having web site not functional for week or more.

    We've been using Bookly since 2015 and all of a sudden (within the past month) we can't seem to process credit cards with Authorize.net anymore because now there is an error indicating that the zip code must be entered to process a card.. I discovered you now have a plugin for Authorize.net and so I purchased and installed it. But there still seems to be the same problem, in that there is no zip code field available on the payment page of the booking wizard.

    Solved it by removing the plugin as I uploaded at the first place manually and tried installing it through the zip function in admin instead. Worked and the database was updated upon installation.

    Hi, The category and service are linked with each other, and locations are linked with the staff members as they indicate where the staff members are located.     Bookly was designed to work with different staff members as well (that can provide same services). That is the reason why plugin can not determine if the service is available until all parameters are selected. Sorry that it can not work the desired way at this time.
