Important: This plugin is an add-on that requires the Bookly PRO installed and activated. View Bookly PRO page at Codecanyon.

The Bookly Service Extras add-on allows customers to book extra items for selected services. After installation and setup of the add-on customers will see a new step “Extras” after the Service step in the Bookly form.

It is possible to bind an unlimited number of extra items to each service. The extra item may increase the price and duration of a service. The extra item may have an image associated with it.

It is also possible to define what information is displayed to customers at the Extras step of the Bookly form. You may choose from the following options:

  • Extra item title
  • Price
  • Image
  • Duration
  • Summary for all selected items

Once a booking is complete the information about the booked service extras will be available in the back-end calendar. You can use appropriate codes in the email and SMS templates to notify your staff and customers about selected extras.

    Hi, I'm currently receiving this on my bookly details page: ride for free), 2 × Half term special: Free Child Ferry Return on 21st October 2017, 21st October 2017. Castle and Ferry tickets are valid any time on the day of your booking. Show bookings are only valid for the time slot and date selected. Please allow 1 hour travelling time before your allocated show. show time: 12:00 am, 12:00 am ...I've booked additional items and it displaying 2 dates as well as times (there are only some services that have times) the service above is set as all day. Is there anyway to make this look neater. e.g. displaying each service booked followed by time and date Thanks

    Hello, I purchased the Bookly plugin along with the extras add-on in hopes to utilize it with my business but unfortunately without the ability to remove the customer's phone number input my clients have been turned off to my business. My clients are online streamers who have to be highly protective of their personal information, due to the nature of their business. Since the phone number input cannot be removed and it is unusable for me with it, I would like to receive a refund for my purchases. Thank you, Charlie

    I am interested in purchasing your product however I have different health providers at the clinic who has different timeslot length requirements. Can one health provider have a time slot length of 1 hour for their bookings and another have a timeslot length of 15 mins?

    Hello, Thank you for your interest in our products. Timeslot length is a global settings parameter that can not change value depending on other parameters.
    You might set the timeslot length to 15 minutes and different services' lengths to 1 hour and 15 minutes. I'm afraid that its all that could be done in this case. Thanks!

    Hi, I installed "Bookly Service Extras (Add-on)" and even if we can clearly see the extras in Bookly's built-in calendar, we cannot get the extras to show up in Google Calendar nor in the Appointment section. Can you point me to the appropriate setting to remedy that? Thanks!

    Hi, Thank you for purchasing our products. You should click Edit button at the Appointments page. Then click on the customer's name link. Another pop-up will appear and you will see the chosen extras for that appointment.
    There are only [[SERVICE_NAME]], [[STAFF_NAME]] and [[CLIENT_NAMES]] codes available to include into synced Google Calendar events. Thanks!

    Hi, We purchased the Bookly Service Extra and Recurring Appointments (Add-ons) however they are not working with each other, we have to disable Recurring Appointments for the booking to proceed, if both extensions are activated the booking platform breaks after the third step, please help asap.
