Events Schedule – Calendar WordPress Plugin

Simple but versatile WordPress calendar plugin, for an elegant display of your classes or events. You can choose one of the 12 schedule styles, each with different design and features.

Build your schedule in minutes, with basic WordPress knowledge, and add it in your page with our custom Visual Composer element or through an auto-generated simple shortcode.

The Weekly Tabs or the Large List styles are a great solution for a Dance Studio, Fitness or Sports Center, while the Compact List style works better for Conferences, Speakers, Workshops or Seminars. For schedules with the same classes every week, like that of a School, College, Kindergarten or University, the Weekly Schedule style gives you the perfect look. It?s suited also for Medical Centers, Beauty Parlours and other professionals who need to display the working hours. The Plain List style is our timetable solution with rich visuals, designed for a display of important events. Music Festivals, Sports Arenas, a Stadium or an Exhibition Center can take advantage of this schedule style to easily promote their events.

Because we have several different timetable styles, Weekly Class Schedule is an extremely versatile plugin, that can be used by a lot of different businesses. Filling the schedule with classes or events is quick and easy, similar with creating WordPress posts.

Easy Schedule Builder

Our builder is designed for basic WP users, you can set everything up with a few clicks. The schedule style, classes to be displayed, filters, labels and messages, colors and all other options are intuitive and easy to customize. Placing it in the page is just as easy.

Unlimited Classes

You can add as many classes as you want to your schedule and use the powerful options to save time. Adding call-to-action buttons, canceling events or setting them to appear automatically every week can be done in seconds.

Elegant Pop-up Window

A schedule should display only the important info, but you might have a lot of other useful details for your visitors. That?s why, each class accepts individual text and images, that can be displayed in a modal pop-up window.

Assign Class Types, Locations and Instructors

Visitors will be able to see right away what they are looking for, if you assign categories to your classes. Assigning Types, Locations and Instructors makes it easy to filter classes and displays important info in the schedule.

Advanced Filters

Our plugin is ready for schedules with a lot of classes, therefore powerful filters are mandatory. You can allow various filters, like Type, Location, Instructor, Day or Time of the Day and you can get the perfect design by placing them left, right or center.

Call-to-action Buttons

You can convince visitors to interact right away with your offer, by placing a custom call-to-action button for each class. The button can add the class to iCal calendars, open the mailing function or send to an internal or external link.

Hi AlexPeter, I'm having an issue w/ getting the plugin to display correctly. I've added events for November 10-12, (Friday-Sunday)... however my calendar is showing Sunday as the first day. See here: http://arco.life/convergence/schedule/ Also, I've added different colors for the days, and the Sunday is not displaying it (it just looks grey). Can you advise please?

Also, I don't understand how to choose the specific day to show.... I have "daily agenda" showing, and on the frontend, it says "nothing to show" ... and there seems to be no place to choose the date of what the schedule is showing...

Hello, The schedule should start with the first day of your WP install settings. Please check if you have this set correctly. The Weekly Schedule style will show by default the next 7 days, but for other styles you can use the How many days to show select box to choose the display. As for the Sunday color issue, I can't see the color as being assigned in the fronted. Please open a ticket on our support platform with this and we will investigate on your platform. Thank you.

Pre-Sales Question: To whom it may concern, I have extensively researched your WordPress Plug-In, but have some unanswered questions. My website rents out several Tennis Fields at an hourly rate, where customers can book one or multiple time-slots. Thereupon, they can create private or public games. As a result, the booking solution needs to have a list of bookings that the customer made. They can then invite their friends to a private game. For a public game, I want users to be able to create an event from the front end that others can sign up for. Does your plug-in support the following components? 1. One calendar per field can be created 2. Once a time slot is booked in one field, that time slot shows as unavailable for others to book 3. Customers can book one time-slot 4. Customers can book multiple time-slots 5. Customers can select add-ons during the booking process such as water or a ball-boy 6. Customers have access to their booking history/upcoming bookings 7. Customers have a profile page 8. Customers can cancel or modify their bookings 9. Bookings can be paid via PayPal/Credit Card or select pay later for customers to pay in person at the venue 10. Upon completing the booking process a custom page can be enabled to redirect the user to their profile page within the website 11. Signed-In Users can post the booking details on their private group page 12. Users can create an event from the front-end 13. Public events have limited number of seats 14. Public events have a waiting list if the seats are full 15. Automatic email notifying admin if a booking has occurred 16. Allow automatic email to customer to confirm their booking 17. Only allow a confirmation email to be sent to customers when admin confirms the booking 18. SMS reminders for customers 3hrs before their booked time-slot 19. Customers can write comments and give a rating for a public event 20. Google maps can be integrated into event details 21. Recurring events can be created by the admin in the back-end or from the users on the front-end If the feature is not included in your plug-in, can it be combined with another WordPress Plug-In or is custom development needed? Thank you for your time and clarification.

Hello, Unfortunately, our plugin does not have the functionalities you need. It will be pretty hard to find such a tailored plugin ready for sale. Probably your best solution is to hire a developer to build it for you, or add these functionalities to a pre-existing plugin. All the best.

Dear Author, Thank you for your response. Well noted that some of my desired features are not supported by your plugin. I have found a suitable booking plugin now that covers most of my requested features, but for the following features I would still need an events plug-in, as none of the booking plug-ins cover the event aspect of my site: 6. Customers have access to their event booking history/upcoming events 12. Users can create an event from the front-end 13. Public events have limited number of seats 14. Public events have a waiting list if the seats are full 15. Automatic email notifying admin if an event creation has occurred 16. Allow automatic email to customer to confirm their event creation/event booking 17. Only allow a confirmation email to be sent to customers when admin confirms the event booking 19. Customers can write comments and give a rating for a public event 20. Google maps can be integrated into event details 21. Recurring events can be created by the admin in the back-end or from the users on the front-end Once again, thank you for your time and feedback.

Hello, Yes, you can replace the pop up window with an event page, for all schedule styles. You can add as many images as you need in the description, but for design reasons, we recommend using an event page in this case. Also, shortcodes might not work in the pop up window, as it has not been designed for advanced content, so again you should use the event page if you want to add shortcodes. Let us know if something was not very clear or if you have other questions. All the best.

This look like an awesome plugin ! PRESALE question : On the masonry grid layout, Is it possible to have the "Filter by +" options changed to multiple buttons ? We would like these button to be centered, always visible right on top of the grid.... We need a quick access to filter & I'm afraid this tiny text right aligned won't be noticed by a majority of our visitor.

Hello, The plugin does not have the option to replace the Filter with multiple buttons. Such a re-design will require custom code, but we do not recommend it. If the top buttons are important for your design, unfortunately, our plugin is probably not the right solution for your project. All the best.

Peter, apparently the authors can authorize refunds. How you are not aware of this is beyond me and just re-affirms some of the well known confusion out there on the envato market from consumers. Here is a link to their guidance to authors on codecanyon - https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/208467536 it is also mentioned here https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/202821460-Can-I-Get-A-Refund-. From what I can read here is that you can authorize the refund . So, my question to you is ; As we cannot see and test the admin backend of your plugin, can we buy the product, evaluate it and get a refund if it does not meet our requirements - we only request this because you have made it very clear that you will not provide a backend we can use. I am not trying to be difficult, from what we have seen so far it is highly likely that we will be able to use your plugin but I want to ensure getting a fair outcome in case this is not the plugin for us.

Yes, we are aware of this. We can authorize refunds, but you have to ask the refund here, on Envato, because they deal with payments. I apologize if I was not able to enunciate a clear answer. The idea was to ask for the refund here and not contact us on support, because we don't deal with payments directly. We understand your concern, we don't see it as being difficult. If the plugin does not meet your needs, we will authorize your refund. Still, please note that us authorizing your refund, if it is the case, does not mean you will automatically get a refund. Envato has the last word. I hope I was able to explain everything clear this time. Let us know if you have other questions. All the best.

Hello, If you allow users access to the plugin, so they can create classes and schedules, they will have access to the whole plugin, therefore they will be able to see everything else created by other users in the backend. So, if you want to restrict access to other people's schedules, it is not possible through the plugin's default options. All the best.

Hello, Currently, you can place the schedule in your page through shortcode or Visual Composer element. We haven't added the widget option because you can place the shortcode in your theme's widget and, as long as it supports shortcodes, it should work fine. Still, we will take this suggestion in to consideration for our future updates. All the best.

Hello, If you wish to show past events, you need to create a schedule only with past events. The Plain List or Large List schedule styles support the Past Events Archive option. Activating this will show in the schedule only the events that are already over. You can choose to display two schedules in the page, one for past events and one for future events. You can't display a schedule with both, past and future events. All the best.

I have contacted support but haven't heard yet. I'm not leaving a proper rating yet as I hope to get the issue resolved. But with this plugin, there is a terrible bug which causes the "loading screen" to take over my entire website on Internet Explorer. I don't even have a schedule loaded or appearing on the homepage, so there is a terrible conflict within the plugin. I have had to completely disable it which solves the problem - but now there is no schedule on my site. Many users of our site complained about the same issue. Be Careful if you plan to put this on a site where users will access via Internet Explorer, because it basically prevents access to your entire site for no reason. I will await a response from support (none yet) and see what happens before following up again or leaving a rating, but though people should be aware of this until it is fixed.

You need to set in the schedule builder how many days will be displayed, starting right now (except if you use the Show Past Events option, in which case you can choose a starting date for events in the past to be displayed).
