So i took my time to create a ticket and requested your lead on how to edit your theme, which wasn't asking for a new features or any such problems, and what you tell me is that I should go any read documentation. Really? After I have purchased your theme and a 6 months support. And who says i haven't read documentation? It is so much information, and I took time to read, yet im not able to find my way around your theme. Please kindly Refund me. Your theme is not right for me. I need a theme i can easily edit on Visual Composer, or any other easy to use builder. Since you can not take a few minutes to assist with a few examples, and i am not able to edit, there is not point.

Now this is when you have actually responded to a customer as you should have from the beginning. If you check the date i sent in the first query, i mentioned i couldn't edit the pages. It should have meant same as all elements to you shouldn't it? What you did with the video was the smartest thing to have done in the first place without asking me to go and read the documentations. You sounded so not interested with my case, and didn't care because i have paid. Meanwhile check how long it took you to reply that first one too. just 20 minutes ago i got a mail from your rep with a video on how to edit a few elements, and im almost 50% done with my site. Please be patient with your customers and make sure to attend to them especially after they have paid. thank you.

Hello, I've submitted a ticket, but thought I will reach out here too in hope that you might notice this message first. I can't change the logo. I replaced all logos and the Luxmed logo is still there. I removed all luxmed logos from media files and it disappeared in the header, but my logo still won't show up. Just empty space. I had the same problem with menu. My menu wouldn't appear, even though I set it to display at all three locations, till I removed the menu that was installed with the demo content. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks!

Love the theme, but when looking at the demo on cell phone, the address and the phone do not show up. Will I be able to show them? It kind of makes sense to have this info on the mobile device rather than desktop. Although, I'd prefer it to show on both, desktop and mobile. Is there a way to do that? Thanks!
