You can view tasks reports for specific project by clicking on the top timer icon then click View all timesheets after that you can choose a project that you want to generate report, the report will contain all logged time for the project linked tasks. 2. You can create task linked to ticket without problem, all tasks are included in the tasks reports mentioned in no.1. Hope this helps. Regards.
thanks for your reply. okey, that works - but we like to generate a report for a specific customer regardless what project that was. if we do multiple projects and tickets in a month we like to have an overview including the work for projects, tasks, tickets etc. that we can give to that customer. is that possible with your solution? thanks, regards.
Hi perfexcrm team, I have one problem when you create a checklist item, you type the task, and then hit enter. Sometimes it saves it with empty text, so I have to type again and save again, sometimes it works fine. So, what I do is type the text , then copy the text, hit enter, if it saves with empty text I just paste the text and save again, second time always works. Usually this is with Firefox Web Browser, what is happening that? Please let me know if there is configuration section to handle this or if you have an update for that. My version is 1.9.1. I will update to 1.9.3 today and then I will test that. Regards.
Hello. This can happen if the browser can't catch the focus out event from the text field and it's unable to save. After you paste the text try to click anywhere in the task modal, meanwhile we will try to make some enhancements for the saving in order to catch the changes better. Hi, after trying the demo, the major feature missing is client e-signature support for contracts. Only reason I haven't purchased yet. Any idea if/when you might include this feature? Don't want to rely on faxes or snail mail, and client signatures are a must for my company. Perhaps it's available in a public roadmap? Thanks!
I'd like to add to this comment that I've found integration with Pusher.com in settings. Does this mean I can extend functionality to integrate apps like Zapier, Twillio, Instant Chat & others right into the CRM? If so, is there a guide how?

As mentioned in the docs here when using IMAP with an old email account you need to make sure that all the emails are marked as read to prevent this happening, however, the recommended way for this is to use brand new email. Hey there, We need your script but with only customers, calendar and task and the ability to create users with variable access levels. Only that! We know that we can edit the left menu. The only thing I want you to answer me is if we can edit the client menu appearing ( profile, notes etc) to only display what we like or completely remove it. Thank you in advance for your feedback

recurring tasks - how can I filter all tasks but recurring? Also, when you copy a recurring task to new task, is there a way to label this new task with subject prefixed with "(RECURRING) ..." so I can scan all tasks an know which ones are copies of recurring.

Is it possible to add image-add function as it is very important for products management. The current design is ideal for service and virtual products. But if you are selling physical products, image is almost a must. And I think product custom fields are also important for physical products selling company.

Great update! :) Just one thing, the new mass tasks creation 'Bulk' isn't working. It doesn't create tasks. Is this a known issue? Or am I doing something wrong?

Thank you, the bulk actions are for existing tasks eq. change task status, delete, mass assign etc, you can see in the table on the left side that there are checkboxes to check on the existing tasks to apply bulk actions... you can't use bulk actions for mass creation.
