Hey! So I just purchased the plugin (left a comment that I think it looks great), and I'm wondering if you could make a suggestion for how to set up a shipping option for store. This is the store (which is small) on which I'm interested in using the plugin: https://www.dangermuffinmusic.com/store/ Basically, I want to ensure that when someone orders the Vinyl album and other items (such as CDs, or Tees) that they pay for more than just the Vinyl shipping. I have flat rate shipping set up for all shipping classes, including: Frisbees Koozies MP3s Tees Vinyl Vinyl + CDs Vinyl + Frisbees Vinyl + Tees I'm a little confused about how to use the plugin to achieve my shipping goal. When I create a shipping condition with your plugin I'm given the option of just flat rate or free shipping. Do I need to create a new "shipping method" for these Vinyl + options I have? Not sure I understand how the store will know to use the shipping costs I've set up for each of the Vinyl + options. Apologies if I'm being a little dim. I'm relatively new to shipping. :-) Mark
Hi, thank you for the nice comments. You'd need a new shipping method for this condition, and define the rates accordingly if you can. Then use the "product in cart" condition to trigger this new shipping method. We do our best to make the plugins look and feel like the WooComerce and WordPress styles and functionality as much as possible, so they don't feel like something else, and actually feel like part of the default system. I'm very happy to hear this.
I do have one more question. :-) I created a shipping method for an order containing both a Vinyl record and a CD. The option appears when I add those two items to my cart. However, my general "Flat Rate" shipping option also appears. Customer seems to be given an option for which shipping method they'd like to use. I could disable the general Flat Rate option, but wouldn't that mean I'd have to imagine every possible combination of products and create a unique shipping method for those also?? Is there a way to disable the general Flat Rate option if the requirements for specific shipping method I've created has been met (e.g., if only an album and a CD are in the cart)? Thanks again! Mark
Ah, I think I see. I'll have to do a bit more experimenting. The thing is, it's just a couple combinations that are unusual. It'd be great to be able to use Woo's default flat rate system for all items (so, CD category is $4.25, Tees are $5.25, etc.) and your system for those outliers, like when someone orders a Vinyl album (which requires its own packaging and its own postage) and a Tee (which would need its own packaging and postage). Not sure that's clear, and again, I think I just need to experiment a bit. The plugin is great, and I really appreciate the thoughtful response. :-) Mark
I think I see what you mean :) But it's tricky. I mean, with a custom project it's possible always, but with a plugin we're trying to distribute for the population, it's a challenge to add more features without making things complicated for the general population :) We like challenges, but they take some time investment to resolve :) Anyways, definitely noted your comments and some day, we'll have these in a future update for sure.

Hello, When setting up shipping conditions I'm getting the following message. "Warnin: in_array() expects parameter 2 to be array, null given in /home/content/a2pnexwpnas04_data02/68...and it goes on from there. The first shipping condition I added was no problem. The second block I tried to add gave me this message. Any help is appreciated. Akel.
